After an application has been posted, subsequent to an invitation being accepted by them, an applicant will typically be entered in to a 14-day trial period for members or 28-day trial period for raiders.
Nearing the end of the trial period, a further consultation will be entered in to with current full members. The feedback therefrom, in combination with observations made by the leadership team throughout the trial, will be used to decide whether the applicant should be made a full member.
